Return policy for DVDs (PLEASE READ)

All DVD sales should be considered final. Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise. Please understand this policy helps us to combat illegal copying and piracy.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition, with all enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally.

Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable

You must obtain an Return Authorization (R.A.) number prior to returning the product. Email info@drawingpower.org with your Order Number, Name, the title of the product, and the specific defect you have encountered. Products returned without an R.A. number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no charge. Call us or email info@drawingpower.org for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product.

What are the System Requirements for DVDs?

Our DVDs are readable by most DVD players. There may be an issue with some older players. If the DVD doesn't work on your player, try using another player, such as a computer or a newer DVD player. 99% of the time you will have no problems playing our DVDs.
